People Programme
Sivakumar Bactavatchalou is Head of the Entrepreneurship Programme at the University of Luxembourg, a business incubator for qualitative initiatives with the aim of developing transversal and entrepreneurial skillsets to maximise students’ employability. He has lead numerous programmes at the University from conception to execution, including Ideation Camp, Summer School, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship in Practice, and Build your own internship. Bactavatchalou forges partnerships across faculties, research centres, staff and students to drive engagement in entrepreneurship education and start-up formation.
In addition to his Master of Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical design and Industrial Computer science received in 2007, Bactavatchalou graduated in 2015 from the University of Luxembourg with a Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He also holds certifications in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers and Financial Accounting, and in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School, as well as in Valuation from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
