2 February 2021
The Interdisciplinary Space Master (ISM) at The University of Luxembourg has opened for applications!
The two year programme was developed in partnership with the Luxembourg Space Agency and aims to generate a talent pool of professionals able to answer the diverse needs of the booming commercial space industry.
The ISM was especially designed with a double focus in mind to provide students with technical and business lectures from highly experienced academic staff and external experts from the NewSpace sector.
Luxembourg’s space industry is outpacing its neighbours in both relative investment and growth, and already accounts for 2% of the national GDP. Because the programme is in collaboration with industry professionals, students are exposed to the growing innovations in space exploration.
There are numerous facilities for the ISM students including the CubeSat Lab, LunaLab, Zero gravity Lab and SatCoM Lab. Whether they are simulating lunar conditions to test autonomous robots at the LunaLab or testing in-orbit robotics at the Zero-Gravity Lab, ISM students always have a finger on the pulse of new and emerging space technology.
Do you want to be a part of the up and coming NewSpace industry?
